Anthony & Lindsay Bazalaki
Anthony and Lindsay’s story has always been rooted in service. They met in 1996 in U.S. Navy boot camp, two young recruits learning discipline, teamwork, and what it means to show up for others. Those values shaped their lives long after their enlistment ended.
Anthony continued his military career in the National Guard, serving with honor for 23 years before retiring in 2020. Lindsay began her career in insurance and employee benefits in 2000, building a reputation for clarity, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping employers care for their people.
When Anthony retired from the military, he joined Lindsay in the business — transforming her long‑standing career into a true family partnership. Together, they bring more than three decades of combined experience and a shared belief that trust is earned through consistency, honesty, and genuine care.

Teresa shares that same heart for service. A former educator, she has spent her life helping others — anyone, at any time, in any way she can. Today, she brings that compassion and steadiness to Guidestone Benefit Partners as the agency’s Account Manager, supporting clients with their day‑to‑day service needs and ensuring they always feel cared for.
